Our secure file transfer process shields your client’s sensitive information by mitigating the typical vulnerabilities associated with distributing documents via standard email.

Sender verifies themselves by clicking the reCAPTCHA checkbox and is redirected to the secure upload page.
Sender / client can follow the simple instructions to complete their secure file transfer.
Step 1: Select documents to send by browsing their device or dragging and dropping files.
Step 2: Enter sender’s information including name, email address, and optional Reference ID.
Optional: Add a message for recipient.
Optional: Send a secure message to recipient, automatically encrypted.
Optional: Choose email notifications and add additional CC/BCC email addresses.
Step 3: Click “Send Files Securely” to start the upload.
Once the upload is complete, the sender receives a confirmation pop-up and an automated confirmation email. They also get a download notice when the files are retrieved.
