TED Express is a web-based application that gives you and your clients a secure way to send & receive sensitive or large file sets right from your internet connected computer or device. TED Express protects your client’s sensitive information by removing the typical exposures that occur when documents are distributed via standard email.TED Express leverages SecureDock’s unique File Transfer Process, which focuses on Secure “link” Transmission using AES256-bit and P2P Encryption. All file packages sent or received using TED Express remain encrypted at rest, pending distribution, and through distribution.


Your TED Express Inbound Link

Your TED Express Inbound link makes it easy for your clients and colleagues to securely send you documents or large file sets securely. No logins or passwords required for your senders Setting up your link is as simple as copying and pasting your TED Express Inbound URL anywhere convenient for your clients to access. We recommend placing the link directly in your email signature block, or your company’s website. Follow the simple instructions below to add your Inbound Link to your email signature block.  

 

 

 

 

Email signature link set-up instructions

Microsoft Outlook (Desktop Version)

  1. Copy your TED Express Inbound URL or pre-made hyperlink to your clipboard
  2. Open Microsoft Outlook and create a new email message.
  3. On the Message tab, in the Include group, click Signature, and then click “Signatures
  4. Select your existing Email Signature. Highlight the “Click Here” text and then select the hyperlink icon capture
  5. Paste your TED Express Inbound URL or pre-made hyperlink your signature block.
  6. Click Save

Microsoft Outlook 365 (Web Version)

  1. Open up your Microsoft 365 Outlook
  2. On the nav bar, choose Settings Settings icon > Options.
  3. Under Options, choose MAIL > Layout > Email signature.
  4. Paste your provided TED Express Inbound Link into the text area.
  5. Save Changes

Gmail

  1. Open Gmail. Click on the Gear icon and choose settings.
  2. Go to the General tab, then scroll to Signatures.
  3. Paste your provided TED Express Inbound Link into the text area.
  4. To format the text, select the text, and then use the style and formatting buttons to select the options that you want.
  5. Scroll down to the bottom and save your settings.

AOL Mail

  1. Click Set Mail Signature from the menu in AOL.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Give the Signature a name (Under Signature Name).
  4. Paste your TED Express Inbound Link into the text area.
  5. To format the text, select the text, and then use the style and formatting buttons to select the options that you want.
  6. Click OK to save.
