Medical Passport

Your SecureDock Medical Passport is designed to provide first responders and medical care professionals with critical health information at the scene of a health event. Therefore, the information printed on the card as well as the additional information stored within your Virtual Medical Safe will be available when you need it most. 

During a health event, accurate and accessible information is the key to help set the right course of treatment for you. Having access to your latest medical, insurance and legal data can make all the difference during a health event.. The SecureDock Medical Passport helps you receive better care by providing essential parties in a health event your vital medical information, as well as real-time, at-the-scene access to current medical conditions, medications and legal documents via the card’s QR code.

QR Code
A QR Code (quick response code) is a type of 2D bar code that is used to provide easy access to information through a smartphone. In this process, the smartphone user points the phone at the QR code displayed on the Medical Passport Card and opens a bar code reader app which works in conjunction with the phone’s camera. The reader interprets the code, and opens up a webpage displaying all of your key medical information.

Medical Information (Medical Passport Card)
The Medical Passport Card form gives you an outline of suggested information, such as allergies, blood type and current medical conditions. As you fill out the form you can determine what information would be best for you.

NoteOnly the information you choose to make available in a health event should be visible on your medial passport card. All additional / expanded medical information, as well as uploaded medical documents will be available once you or your medical care professional have logged into your Virtual Medial Safe.

Expanded medical Information (Virtual Medical Safe)
Expanded Medical Information refers to addition medical information and documentation that could be relevant to your medical care provider. This additional information will not be visible on your physical card, but can be accessed by anyone who scans your QR Code on your card or logs into your Virtual Medical Safe.

Account Login

You can access your Virtual Medial Vault by first logging into your SecureDock Virtual Safe account from any internet connected computer using any of the two methods listed below.

Virtual Safe Login Page (Direct Link): www.mysecuredock.com/client

SecureDock Website
Visit www.secure-dock.com and click on Login. Then select Virtual Safe Login (Link to Client Virtual Safe Login Page)

Once you have logged into your account, click on the Medical Passport navigation link and then click Edit Medical Passport from the drop down menu.

Password Reset
To reset your account password, click on the Forget your ID or password? link located on any standard Client Virtual Safe Login Page www.mysecuredock.com/client. Once you have entered your username, or email address, you will be sent 2 emails containing your new login information. Upon re-entry, you will then be asked to update your login password.

 

 

Adding Cardholders

To add a cardholder, click New Card. You will be taken to the New Medical Passport Information Form. Add the cardholders’ name and medical information that you wish to appear on your physical card. You can also add expanded medical information for each section, which will only be displayed from within your medical page when the card is scanned or your account is entered.

Note: Each information field is limited to a certain number of words/ text characters. Expanded medical information is not limited, but will not be displayed on your physical card.

 

 

Edit Medical Passport Card

To edit information on your Medical Passport card, select the name of the cardholder and click the option labeled Edit Medical Passport™ Card. You will be taken to the completed Medical Information Form. Here you can update the medical information that will appear on your physical card.

Edit Expanded Medical Information

Expanded Medical Information allows you to add addition medical information that could be relevant to your medical care provider. This additional information will not be included on your Medical Passport Card, but will be visible when a medical care provider logs into your medical account. The space is limitless, so feel free to add as much detailed information as you’d like to assist you in a health event.

View / Preview Medical Passport Card

You can preview your medical card or print out a temporary medial passport card by selecting the option labeled View Medical Passport Card. A permanent card will be mailed to the specified address, and should arrive in two weeks once your Medical Passport™ Card has been requested.

Request Medical Passport Card

Once you have entered all the information you wish to be displayed on your Medical Passport Card, you can now request your card by selecting the option labeled Request Medial Passport™ Card. You will then be asked to provide your name, email address, as well as shipping address. Your new Medical Passport Card should be delivered within 10 business days.

Upload Medical Documents

To add medical documents, first select the option labeled Upload Medical Documents. You will be taken to document viewing page. Under the Document Inbox heading, select the category and sub-category in which you would like to place your new document. Then, using the Title field, enter the document title . Once you have titled the document, click the “Browse” button to select the document you wish to upload from your computer’s hard drive. Once completed, click the “Upload” button.

View Medical Report PDF

To view the Expanded Medical Information report, log in to your Virtual Medical Vault and then click on the option labeled View Medical Information PDF. This will automatically open up a PDF document containing all of your current expanded medical information.
